Program Updates

• New Milk Chilling Plant of Malanadu Development Society was inaugurated at Cumbum, Tamilnadu on 24th January 2011. 
• Foundation stone laid for the construction of new Dairy Plant at Naranganam, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala on 16th July 2011.
• Third phase of Calf Rearing Programme to support dairy farmers for enhancing cattle population was launched in the month of July 2011.
• Programme to promote backyard poultry farming among the rural women for enhancing the production of eggs of local breeds launched in the month of August 2011.
